• Milia • Trichoepithelioma • Basal cell carcinoma • Flat warts • Xanthelasma • Hidrocystoma

Key Learnings

• Benign adnexal tumor derived from eccrine sweat glands • Multiple, small, skin-colored to yellowish papules — most commonly periorbital/eyelids • More common in women, Down syndrome, and Asian populations • Histology: "tadpole" or "comma-shaped" ductal structures in dermis — pathognomonic • Eruptive syringomas: extensive, appearing in crops — can involve trunk and extremities • Vulvar syringomas: may cause pruritus vulvae
