Diagnosis: lymphangioma circumscreptum of the scrotum
tinny,itchy, pin head-sized vesicles present at the skin of the scrotum ,increase in size by standing, decrease by recombancy and when ruptured they produce profuse discharge(milky,white)fluid that sauked his undergarments and affect his life and work.
