• Melanoma with regression • Vitiligo • Post-inflammatory hypopigmentation • Chemical leukoderma
• Also known as Sutton nevus — central nevus surrounded by depigmented halo • Immune-mediated regression of central nevus — benign • Common in children/adolescents • In adults >40: consider melanoma elsewhere (immune activation) • Central nevus eventually disappears, followed by repigmentation of halo
