classical lp with polygonal violacious pruritic plane topped papules on wrists back of hands lumber region and lower limbs esp around ankles
mucosal lp with reticulate pattern ,ulcerative or erosive in oral cavity and annular pattern on genitals
hypertrophic on lowerlimbs
hyperkaratotic on hands
macular also known as lp pigmentosus has no papules but only hyperpigmented macules or patches with diffuse reticulate or blotchy patterns
linear lp with linear zostriform or lichenoid epidermal when whole length of limb is involved
also this pattern is seen in isomorphic (koebnerisation) phenonmanon
follocular pattern

atrophic and bullous varients
