I wouldn't use retin-A or retinoids around the eyes. The skin in that area and being young will get very irritated. I would definetly use electrocautary on low first. The cheek area will do will with retin-a and maybe some chemical peels.

it better to try topical retinoid or even low dose oral retinoid for around  2 months before trying laser in this case.

use topical tretinoid cream with antioxidant orally,if we see no change we may use elctrocautary or laser with rise the immunity of patient

Hi,I'm NKOTB in this field. I prefer to use laser removal, but cannot promise 100% free of scar formation.
